Governance to facilitate farmers

Hoshangabad. In order to facilitate the farmers, the Government has extended the last date of plan to waive the full interest after giving half the principal under Artificial Loan Solution Scheme. After the new order issued by KC Gupta, Chief Head of Cooperative, the last date for the scheme has been done on 31st August. Earlier, the last date was increased from June to July 31. Though the government is expanding the last date of the scheme, but there is no special effect on the farmers.

Of the 20 thousand 194 farmers in the district, only 04 thousand 787 farmers said that the benefit of scheme has been taken. There are 2 thousand 894 farmers who deposited 50 percent of the principal amount of Rs. 893 and 100 percent of the principal.

Taking the scheme, the bank is not expecting much recovery from not being interested in the farmers. The bank may not expect recovery, but the government has started getting the farmers vote bank. This is the reason that the last date of the plan is being increased repeatedly. District cooperative bank has to recover 88 million 21 lakh 36 thousand 261 from 20 thousand 194 farmers. Of the 20 thousand 194 farmers in the district, only 04 thousand 787 farmers said that the benefit of scheme has been taken.
